Welcome to My Little Pretties USA Hi, I’m Linda—artist, storyteller, and proud owner of My Little Pretties USA. This shop began as a joyful retirement project, born from my love of paper crafting, storytelling, and the beauty of transformation. What started as a few scrapbook pages for my family has grown into an Etsy shop filled with embellished keepsake cigar boxes, each one completely handmade and one of a kind. Every piece I create is meant to be more than decorative—it’s a memory keeper, a conversation piece, and sometimes even a secret hiding spot for life’s little treasures. My Creative Process Each box begins with a high-quality upcycled cigar box, often Montecristo or Arturo Fuente, which I clean and carefully prep for transformation. I choose from my favorite paper lines—Stamperia, Graphic 45, Mintay, and Ciao Bella—depending on the mood or story I want to tell. 

Then come the layers: 

• Lush patterned paper 

• Metal feet for a raised, elegant profile 

• Glass or metal knobs for opening 

• Lining inside with coordinating fabric or paper 

• Trim, lace, and embellishments to bring the theme to life 

From steampunk to fairytale, coastal to celestial, I make each box with an eye for detail and a heart full of purpose. Why I Create There’s something magical about turning something ordinary into something extraordinary. I believe that art can be functional, and even everyday objects—like a cigar box—deserve a second life as something beautiful and meaningful. My boxes have been gifted for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. Some are jewelry boxes, others memory keepers or decorative accent pieces.
