This is a sample box. Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion.
Storage box for a journal. Use as a storage box for pens, pencils and paper. Journal box for nightstand. I attached the knob to the right side of the lid to allow the signature page to speak. The knob has a chain attached to it with coordinating charms attached…an intricate lock and key, a small metal feather, and a metal nib. It will hang off the side or the front. I used heavy bronze metal feet that are perfect for this box.
This paper crafting set is called The Muse by Ciao Bella from Italy. It is a tribute to Ernest Hemingway and his muse, the young woman he met in Spain that inspired some of his writing.

Return within 14 days of delivery. Must be in excellent condition. You are responsible for return postage. Must be returned in USPS Priority 12x12x8” box. I will refund you the purchase price when received and inspected.

To keep your box looking its best:
• Avoid placing it in direct sunlight (which may fade the paper)
• Keep it out of humid areas like bathrooms
I use high-quality, archival scrapbook paper that’s made to last for years, but gentle care will help it stay beautiful longer.
The box size I use depends on the paper design. Most designs are made using 12x12” paper, but smaller prints (6x6” or 8x8”) require smaller boxes. If you’d like a different size than shown in the listing, just message me—I’ll let you know what’s possible and do my best to make it happen.
A: A custom box takes extra time because I carefully plan the design with your preferences in mind. I may need to order special embellishments or supplies to make it truly unique. Your input is always welcome!

No. I only use clean, undamaged cigar boxes that are free of odor. Each box is hand-selected for quality before decorating.
While there’s no “Custom Order” button in my shop (during the Holiday season), most listings can be personalized. I work with beautiful papers from:

Each decorated box is thoughtfully wrapped to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully:
• First, I wrap your box in two layers of soft tissue paper for a gentle protective layer.
• Next, it’s wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap to cushion it securely during transit.
• I then tie it with a coordinating ribbon, not only for a charming presentation but also to make it easy to lift the box from the shipping carton—just pull the ribbon.
Your order is then placed in a sturdy box and shipped with care. I take pride in every detail, so your unboxing experience is as delightful as the keepsake inside.
